March POM: Ilari Pekkala What a smashing month! Nobody came close to Illu this month as he pounded out 8 strong WRs and passed Dan Cervone in the WR rankings. This epic start to a quarter is one of the strognest we've seen in a long time. Though Train is still booming, Illu was able to overshadow those efforts and work on one of the most difficult levels - Aztec. His Aztec sweep helped lower the-elites total time by 20 seconds in this month alone! By the midle of the month, A/SA/00A were all untied at before unimaginable times. Then at the end of the month, Illu went to town on Aztec where he also untied each difficulty. The new times distanced his already large gap over 2nd place on this stage and helped bring the-elite GE even closer to the 1:15:59 mark. Other players were hard at work - the usual Ryan White, Luke Szklarz and Alex Anderson pounded away on the more "common" WRs such as Facility, while Rayan Isran threatens to crack the top 10 in WRs with his Bunker 1 SA and Runway SA ties. Alex also scores an untied on Bunker 2 SA at 0:49. Illu went to work on several other tied WRs, inching within 3 WRs of taking over Wouter Jansen. How long will it take for him to overtake Wouter? How high will the WR totals go for these fast newcomers? Summer is approaching and that is always a time of high activity. The elite total time changes from 1:16:22 to 1:16:05!
